DESIGN GUIDE
Plan your design
Planning and purpose
A festival greeting and a campaign post have different purposes. A greeting expresses a message for an occasion; a campaign may ask people to learn, attend or take a specific action. Decide the audience, publication date and platform first. For a series, prepare the complete message list so the designs feel connected without repeating the same layout for every subject.
Design and readability
Choose one main message per graphic and make it readable in a phone feed. Keep cultural imagery appropriate to the occasion and use only the wording the business has approved. A strong greeting can still leave room for a small brand identity without covering the artwork.
Review the design at the size people will actually see it. Check names, numbers and spelling in every language, and leave enough space around important information. Ask for changes on the same proof so the final version reflects one agreed set of corrections.
Sharing and print preparation
Export each agreed platform size instead of stretching one image into several shapes. Check the caption, date and destination link together with the artwork. Preview the final post at phone size and keep a separate file for each language or scheduled version.
Decide the final use before approving artwork. Digital sharing, a printed piece and a production file can need different exports. For printing, confirm dimensions, bleed, paper or material and finishing with the printer before the final file is prepared. Keep the approved version separate from earlier proofs.
Common questions
Can one design be adapted for posts and stories?
Yes. Discuss both formats at the start. The composition and text placement may need to change for the taller story format so the message and brand remain clear.
Do you need the final greeting or campaign text?
Send the approved text and any required dates or links. If you want help shaping the message, include that in the brief so copy and artwork can be reviewed together before publication.
How do I request a personalised design?
Use the Contact us button and send your preferred gallery reference, approved content, language, size and deadline. The gallery helps explain your style preference. TG Graphics will discuss a personalised version and the files needed for your project.
How are price and delivery time decided?
Share the number of designs or pages, required formats, available artwork and deadline. Design scope, revisions, file preparation and printing requirements affect the work involved. Price and schedule are agreed for your project before work proceeds.
