Plan your design

Planning and purpose

Plan a carousel as a sequence, with a clear opening and a useful next step on the last slide. The supplied travel collections combine destination introductions, itineraries, highlights and booking information. Agree the number of slides and the information each should carry. Keep repeated headings, colours and contact details consistent so people recognize the whole set as one campaign.

Design and readability

Use a consistent position for the logo and contact information across a series. Choose photographs that clearly show the service or project being discussed. Keep claims and offers specific to the approved brief, and give the main contact or next step enough visual space.

Review the design at the size people will actually see it. Check names, numbers and spelling in every language, and leave enough space around important information. Ask for changes on the same proof so the final version reflects one agreed set of corrections.

Sharing and print preparation

Review the graphic with its caption and any linked page. Check offer dates, phone digits and the exact name of the service. If several posts are scheduled, label the files by message, platform and date so an outdated offer is not published by mistake.

Decide the final use before approving artwork. Digital sharing, a printed piece and a production file can need different exports. For printing, confirm dimensions, bleed, paper or material and finishing with the printer before the final file is prepared. Keep the approved version separate from earlier proofs.
