DESIGN GUIDE

Plan your design

Planning and purpose

A logo is one part of a business identity. Start with the exact business name, what you offer and where people will encounter the brand. A shop sign, visiting card, product label and social profile each give the identity a different amount of space. Tell us which uses matter most so the design can work across them.

Design and readability

Compare the mark at a small size as well as on a larger mockup. Fine decorative detail or a long tagline can become hard to recognise in a profile image. Ask to review a simple one-colour version and check that the symbol and wordmark still read clearly.

Review the design at the size people will actually see it. Check names, numbers and spelling in every language, and leave enough space around important information. Ask for changes on the same proof so the final version reflects one agreed set of corrections.

Sharing and print preparation

Request the versions you actually need: a transparent image for digital layouts, a profile-size export and a scalable file when agreed for signs or print. Keep the original proportions when placing the logo; stretching it changes the identity.

Decide the final use before approving artwork. Digital sharing, a printed piece and a production file can need different exports. For printing, confirm dimensions, bleed, paper or material and finishing with the printer before the final file is prepared. Keep the approved version separate from earlier proofs.

Common questions

Can the logo include Gujarati lettering?

Yes. Send the exact Gujarati spelling and identify who will approve it. If English or Hindi versions are also needed, discuss them together so the name treatments share a consistent visual identity.

Should the logo contain every business detail?

A short, recognisable identity is easier to use across formats. Phone numbers, addresses and long service lists usually belong in the surrounding visiting card, sign or advertisement layout rather than inside the core mark.

How do I request a personalised design?

Use the Contact us button and send your preferred gallery reference, approved content, language, size and deadline. The gallery helps explain your style preference. TG Graphics will discuss a personalised version and the files needed for your project.

How are price and delivery time decided?

Share the number of designs or pages, required formats, available artwork and deadline. Design scope, revisions, file preparation and printing requirements affect the work involved. Price and schedule are agreed for your project before work proceeds.
